How good is the Symbian/S60 PDA platform for mobile phones with regard to business? - business pda

I have seen some Nokia phones powered by Symbian/S60 that seems pretty good, and I wonder how good they are that someone in the company. Is it easy to synchronize with Outlook and email, etc.? Also recommend any Nokia phone?
